You will work with a teacher who is educated in pre-natal exercise and will help you choose suitable exercises for your stage of pregnancy, as there are special considerations with respect to programme design and executio of exercises. The class is at general level. It is vital that your GP and midwife clear you to exercise and advise you on a suitable time for switching from regular classes to dedicated pregnancy classes. We welcome pregnant women from week 14 of their pregnancy, provided your GP or midwife has given clearance. Our courses are suitable for participants with none or little experience of the Pilates method. We also welcome students who already have participated in Pilates lessons.
