Sessions
We offer private sessions, group sessions, corporate classes and specialist courses such as Pregnancy Pilates .

Classes
Most courses starts with a one-on-one instruction lesson to help personalize your instruction for your own goals and abilities. In the initial session we will teach you the foundations of the Pilates matwork method.

Both classes and one-on-one sessions begin with a warm-up, which includes mobilisation and stretches, gradually increasing joint mobility. Classes then move on to a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles. Equipment such as resistance tubing and stability balls is often used. All sessions are 50 minutes in duration and we kindly ask our participants to arrive for class 5-10 minutes before the start. this way everyone can enjoy the full benefits of his or her class.

Before joining a group session or taking up a special offer, our policy is that you take an introductory one-on-one session (costing £70 or if you share the session with a friend, £40 per person).

Group sessions
Introductory course: £190 - includes 1x One-on-One Session and a 6-week course of Group Sessions.

Subsequent 6 week course course: £125 - includes: 6x Group Sessions

Booking options for subsequent course:
1. You reserve a space on your course for 6 consecutive weeks, same class and time each week. The fee is £125.
or
2. You take ad-hoc classes and book up to the day before your class. The fee for each class is  £25.

One-on-One Sessions

Private session: £70

Block booking (4 private sessions): £260

The 6 week courses are non-changeable and non-refundable.

A strict 24 hour notice is required for cancellations of private sessions. For no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged.

Termination Policy
If you need to cancel a booked course for group Pilates, you will receive a full refund provided you give us 2 weeks' notice. Alternatively, you may reschedule to a later date, if you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice, we regret that we are only able to reschedule or refund if you supply a doctor's note.
