Group lessons - Cancellation Policy

The 6 week courses are non-changeable and non-refundable.

If you need to cancel a booked course for group Pilates, you will receive a full refund provided you give us 2 weeks' notice. Alternatively, you may reschedule to a later date, if you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks' notice, we regret that we are only able to reschedule or refund if you supply a doctor's note.

Private Lessons - Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all private lessons (cancellations over the telephone, not by email). For no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged.

All our packages expire 2 months after purchase.
