Agneta LindbergStudio Lindberg is led by Agneta Lindberg, who has extensive experience in the health and fitness field, both as a Personal Fitness Trainer and as a group exercise instructor. She is qualified by BodyControl Pilates® and American Council on Exercise (ACE). She has reported on mind/body exercise development for the IDEA Source Magazine, the leading magazine for fitness professionals and Agneta has regularly contributed to Men’s Health, FHM Magazine, Cosmopolitan, New Woman and Runners’ Fitness Magazine, on health and fitness issues. 

Agneta has been an instructor since 1986 and has worked in Sweden, Malta, the USA as well as the UK where she has been based since 1995. Her philosophy on training is that it has to be safe, effective and keeping up with the latest developments in health and exercise research.

She welcomes clients who wish to extend themselves in any way, whether physically or mentally. Agneta and her instructors are keen to help each client to work on both body and mind, coaching individuals towards an empowered state of mind and a body that functions in an optimal way.
