I am a native Swede and now live in London, having also been based in Malta. I am very liberal, open-minded and enjoy working with people of all ages from all kinds of backgrounds.

​Do you need Counselling?

​

I am an accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With over 24 years of counselling experience in numerous roles, I have supported a wide range of patients with various backgrounds.

​

I have fulfilled the following roles:

​

• Launched my private therapy practice in London, welcoming private referrals, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and insurance clients

​

• Held the post of Honorary Psychotherapist in a multi-disciplinary mental health team at Soho Square, London, treating patients during weekly psychodynamic counselling. 

​

• Acted as in-house counsellor in Primary Care at various NHS practices in London.

​

• Acted as Chair for NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group, chairing meetings for the counsellors’ network across The Borough of Westminster. 

​

• Worked as a Clinical Service Manager for Psychological Services in the NHS, London. 

​

• Worked as  Student Counsellor at the Royal College of Arts, London.

​

• Been a volunteer Befriender for The Samaritans, London.
